    Viel Platz in der Wohnung. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe alles auch ohne Auto möglich Guter Schallschutz von den Fernster, kein Straßenlärm. Trittschallschutz nach der obrigen Wohnung, war nicht gut.

    Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas mehr sein. Kaffemaschine hat gefehlt, Padsmaschine nutze ich nicht.
