    Wonderful cottage with everything well thought out.

    I lovely cottage and location. It was perfect for a Pepperdine graduation. They thought of everything one might want/need.

    Please be aware the bathroom is up steep stairs so people (like my mom) with limited mobility may have difficulty navigating the steps. Otherwise it was perfect.

    Disaster for a fee

    The towels were nice

    Pretty much everything else. It was more of a shack than cottage. We were welcomed by the screen door completely off the hinge which symbolized how run down this property is. The furniture was the remnants from a garage sale. Please invest the huge profit you are making from the hyper inflated prices to make this shack livable. Thank God it was only one night.

    Not worth the $. You can stay in really nice places around the area for less with better amenities.

    Well equipped kitchen.

    Rental was not as described. Weak internet and then no internet. Then came the power outage. The tiny breaker box outside did not look updated or adequate for the property. No lights, no heat, no internet all night. Big black spiders in many places you wouldn't expect- like in the towels. I read the reviews from others about the spiders and brushed it off because I'm not that afraid of them. I felt differently after I noticed quite a few VERY large creepy black spiders that were in the living space. Way overpriced compared to similar rentals in the area.
