Brilliant location, clean and well presented property. Great customer service.
Location was great and layout was perfect.
Shower head came off when someone showered and he fixed it but then it came off again and hit me so had to repair it before using again. Hot water also ran out and we had no hot water on our last day.

The location is great.. the apartment is well equipped...the bed was very comfortable..nice and quiet for a city centre apartment.
Had to wait an hour to be let in...meet and greet team didn't appear...had to contact emergency line to bring us keys.... only fault though.

A great flat in a great location. So close to all the sights in the city centre. The folks at Stays were brilliant with the Comms and with the key pick up.

Overall tho a great place to stay , just a few litttle glitches
Its proximity to the centre of York and on site car parking
It was a bit hot and stuffy , the tv kept loosing signal ( as it was coaxial rather than a smart tv ) the bins were a nightmare to find downstairs
