  My worst Tenerife experience

  Gerne — ich würde sie sehr deutlich und scharf formulieren, aber bei den konkreten Tatsachen bleiben, damit sie glaubwürdig und wirkungsvoll ist: The worst experience of my five visits to the island Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had on the island. There were cockroaches inside and outside the villa, the rooms were not properly cleaned or prepared, and despite bringing the situation to the owner’s attention, we were not offered any reasonable solution. I have a severe phobia of cockroaches, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. Instead of taking our concerns seriously and trying to find a solution, we were essentially expected to just put up with it. This is simply not acceptable when you are paying for accommodation and expecting a clean and habitable place to stay. After arriving, we ultimately had no choice but to book another villa elsewhere — one without cockroaches or other pests, as I have always been accustomed to during my previous stays in Tenerife. What makes the experience even worse is that we did not stay a single night, yet we received no refund whatsoever — not even a partial refund. This was my fifth visit to the island, and unfortunately this experience was so disappointing that it may even influence whether I choose Tenerife again for my next holiday. Final verdict: I absolutely cannot recommend this apartment or this host. Cleanliness, communication, and dealing with a serious hygiene issue were all deeply disappointing. If you are looking for a place where your concerns as a guest are taken seriously, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Однозначно рекомендую помешкання. Напевно одне з найкращих місць на Тенеріфе!

  Все просто супер. Чудове місце з шикарним видом на океан і острів Le Homera. Сон під шум океану. І шикарний вид на захід сонця.

  Niezapomniany . Napewno wrócę!

  Dom jest bardzo komfortowy, położony w spokojnej okolicy z niesamowitym ogrodem i widokiem na przepiękny ocean. Niezapomniane!
