Disappointing rental. Misleading pictures and reviews online.

Communication with the host was easy, he even let us in earlier than check-in time.

We booked the place because the pictures posted on Booking.com were decent. Even the reviews were mostly, pleasant. However, indah khabar dari rupa. Car porch -- Messy. A lot of unnecessary items were left strewn around (pictures attached), almost as if you're arriving at someone's abandoned home and not a place where people actually pay real money to rent. Living room -- Floor was sticky, Smart TV (as advertised) can't connect to Netflix etc, table very dated (different than pictures online), the standing fan shown online did not exist which made our stay miserable because there was no A/C in the living room. Main bedrooms -- Dresser in the main bedroom had a cracked mirror and aged table, the A/C was leaking. 2nd bedroom (left side) -- bedsheet was dirty (full of spots), plug point was very high up which made it impossible to charge anything, the cabinets were filled with the owners things. 3rd bedroom (right side) -- The cleanest room, had a lot of light coming in, decent. Kitchen -- Floor was sticky, fridge was FILLED with for sale drinks, leaving no room for our own things, kitchen towel hung near sink was unwashed, area surrounding washing machine was dirty. Toilets -- Both were not very clean at all, toilet slippers mouldy and slippery. Plug points - located at random and high places. We were very disappointed and felt cheated with the rental. Pictures and online descriptions were misleading leaving us to wonder how the other reviewers who stayed here can highly rate this facility.

  Rumah bersih dan kemas.

Bilik belakang agak panas. Mungkin owner boleh tambah aircond.
