    This property is still on booking.com and is available to book. I had booked this property in June and contacted the host at the beginning of August for my stay at the end of August. I never got a reply from the host until the day before my stay to which the host informed me the property has been sold and is no longer available and booking.com has been made aware of this months before me making my booking but are still accepting booking

    Stressful, unreliable, total disappointment

    Nothing - avoid possible scam

    They accepted my booking - took my money - then ignored all messages leaving me stranded high and dry in Birmingham with no hotel - forcing me to pay over the odds to make a last minute booking

    This is fraudulent and the apartment should be removed from the site.

    Nothing, they ghosted us like the two prior reviews took our payment, didn’t cancel and and we had to find somewhere new on the day at great expense. Booking.com were hopeless - wouldn’t allow me to cancel fee-free despite evidence of prior guests. And when I tried to message/ complain to get a refund, they won’t connect me to a human.

    Rien car je n’ai pas pu y accéder. La propriétaire ne nous a jamais répondu par téléphone, wathsapp ou mail alors que nous étions sur place. Par le biais du concierge nous avons enfin réussi à la joindre et là surprise. Elle nous dit que la réservation est annulée alors que sur l’appli booking j’ai tjrs confirmé à ce moment là Merci les conseillers booking qui a pris en charge notre problème en moins de 40min
