    Central location - Arroyo town centre. Clean, compact studio apartment with comfortable twin beds & modern bathroom with Walk-in shower. Well equipped kitchenette. Pleasant gardens to sit in.

    Slight smell when entering apartment after a day out - possibly from the fridge or kitchen drainage? Bedding needs updating - Cotton sheets preferably.
