A comfortable stay overall, with a great location and helpful host
I stayed for 8 nights at the 342 Stunning One Bedroom Studio Apartment and overall had a really comfortable experience. Collecting the key was fairly easy for me, though I know Birmingham well — if you’re new to the city, just be aware that the key pickup point is at a petrol station and not within a short walking distance of the apartment. The location is excellent. Tesco Superstore is about 2 minutes away, and there’s a great Indian restaurant (Viceroy) just a minute from the building. Being in the Jewellery Quarter means you can walk to the city centre in around 20–25 minutes, and the 101 bus stop is only a 2–3 minute walk if you prefer public transport. The apartment itself has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and even a fan. Getting into the building was straightforward, though finding your way back out can feel like a bit of a maze at first — but after a couple of tries, it becomes easy. Communication with the host
Some fixtures could do with a bit of improvement — for example, the lighting and a slightly leaking shower head — but nothing that affected my stay in a major way.

Scam!
This is either a scam or something because five minutes after paying a lot of money to book, I received a text message saying it shouldn’t be on Booking.com as host took it down, but host was now messaging me to say cancel the booking. Then they tried to keep the money by ignoring calls and free cancellation requests by Booking.com. Do not rent this property and do not rent from this host.
The fact the property should not be on Booking.com according to the host and despite taking my money straight away, advised it will take me three weeks to get the money back as host ignored requests via email and phone call from Booking.com to return the money

Non ho soggiornato, è una truffa. Non c'erano le chiavi e l'host era irreperibile. Per fortuna Booking mi ha rimborsato l'intero costo.

It’s a nice place to stay barring the hot days

No AC it was very hot for two days, needed more fans but AC would have been very good
