    Апартаментът е прекрасен! Спалните са просторни, с комфортни легла. Безспорно наличието на две бани и още една самостоятелна тоалетна е голямо удобство. Спокойни съседи. Лесна комуникация с домакина.

    Posizione comoda. Le tre camere indipendenti e con climatizzazione. I due bagni più una toilette di servizio sono comodi per rendere il soggiorno confortevole anche a gruppo fino di 6 persone. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato. C’è effettivamente la possibilità di parcheggiare nell’ampio cortile interno

    Il complesso in cui si trova è definibile come casa di ringhiera, ma il palazzo è datato e non viene pulito con sufficiente frequenza. Sembra che nessuno se ne interessi. Un vero peccato perché la struysarebbe davvero bella.

    Belebte, aber ruhige Lage mit sicherem Parkplatz

    Die Lage, die sichere Parkplatzsituation, die Ruhe, die Infrastruktur rundum, die Erreichbarkeit, 3 Toiletten in der Wohnung, der Hausmeister Herr Csaba war immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert super!

    Leider ist das Duschen ohne anschließend nassem Boden fast unmöglich. In der Dusche bei der Küche muß die Halterung für den Duschkopf neu angeschraubt werden, der ist wackelig.

    Alloggio spazioso,ottima posizione

    Ottima posizione, il parcheggio nel crtile interno,pur essendo in una delle vie principali l'alloggio si trova al interno in una posizione tranquilla

    Si potrebbe tenere un po più pulito l'atrio del ingresso nel cortile interno che è pulito ma non dipende dal proprietario del alloggio ma del condominio
