    Family of 6 waited over 3 hours before rebooking somewhere else. Communications terrible.

    I liked the value

    The booking manger was horrible. Not impressed in any way at all. We booked at 8:30 on booking.com. Got confirmation pin and from booking. Waited at gate to get in for 30 min. Manager needed to confirm. Not answering calls, emails or texting. All options to connect were not addressed at all. Not even a day later. My card was charged twice the amount for one night we booked then refunded but no communication. My bank card company told me later that night. We waited with my family of 6 for over three hours before finally aborting and booking another. Friday night. Lost the night and options for better value rooms. Very Dissappointed. VERY! I am an understanding man but this was avoidable and unexceptionable for a family traveling, tired and wanting to make decent use of their precious 6 day vacation. I give one star but would give zero if possible.
