    So gross. I hate this place

    Lots of towels. Like so many towels

    - freezer doesn’t work (fridge is colder) - No central AC - Faucet of kitchen sink comes out and is loose - Dirty floor - AC machines are held together with spiral notebooks - Dishwasher has awful smell and needed 4 cycles to get rid of it, pool of stagnant water at bottom near drain - 2 rolls of toilet paper between 5 people for 3 days - No ac unit in the downstairs bedroom - Downstairs shower leaks and floods the entire bathroom and dangerous for elderly guests or anyone larger than a size 4 - No paper towels - No basic supplies , random supplies and old shoes / sandals left in cabinets, - All surfaces dirty and leave dark brown residue on hands after use - Host unresponsive and took several phone calls and messages to get ahold of over the course of two days. We had to stand outside the Airbnb with our elderly grandma for nearly 30 minutes during an extreme heat warning while they attempted to reset the code for the door. - Key code for front door did not work and took a long time for anyone to reply as we attempted to check in - Instructions for wifi connection is wrong and had to be figured out by finding router and looking for password - Oven says it’s heated but it barely works and is dirty - Furniture has a few random white stains - Pillow cases and some towels already had brown / bronze stains present - Back and front windows have no curtains, instead see- through sheets made of packing material
