Spacious accommodation, but disappointing cleanliness and maintenance
The property was spacious, had a lot of potential, and provided suitable accommodation for our overnight stay.
Unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was very disappointing. There were cobwebs, grease on the hob, and windows that were visibly dirty and greasy. The bathroom sink was leaking and had visible residue. The curtains were ripped, poorly fitted and hanging down, leaving the window exposed. Several furnishings and fixtures also showed signs of wear or damage. The shower tiles in the corridor bathroom were loose, creating a potential safety hazard. We had to wear flip-flops when using the shower because we were concerned about stepping on the loose tiles. The sofa was stained, and one of the pillowcases had what appeared to be blood on it. I took photographs to document the condition of the property. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was the requirement to provide a £500 security deposit or pay a £60 non-refundable damage waiver. Given the existing condition of the property, I was concerned about potentially being held responsible for damage that was already present when we arrived. Steph was very helpful and reassured me that this would not happen after I provided the photographs. She was also available to answer my questions, even outside her working hours. Guests should be able to expect a properly cleaned and well-maintained property, particularly when such a substantial security deposit is required.

Amazing stay!
Very modern and clean amazing place. We were actually blown away by how it was in person, the garage is a massive plus!! Amazing balcony too
It's hard to give a negative but maybe some wear and tear around doors and cupboards but nothing to complain about
