    Although it is a good value property to sleep 8 people I do not think it is up to standard.

    It was a nice location and very spacious.

    The garden was very dangerous. Lots of damage to the property, for example curtain rail hanging off the wall, all the garden chairs were broken and not safe to sit on, the windows did not close properly. Also upon arrival the en-suite bathroom toilet was soiled. I did message the host and he was very responsive and came immediately to clean the toilet and apologised and ensured us it was just an oversight by the cleaners. But the bed sheets were also not clean, there were black marks and they did not smell pleasant which I think it unacceptable. I would have been very unhappy if we had children with us. Would not stay here again even if it was a good price.

    Great house for a family stay

    The location was perfect: the space available in the house was ideal for our family; the parking was adequate; big fridge; quiet location and lovely views.

    The tiled lounge took a long time to heat up
