    A disappointing stay for a family gathering.

    Location and view.

    The state of the caravan-the walls and doors were dirty and there was mold on the walls in all bedrooms. The net curtains had several rips in, the freezer compartment was dirty, the kitchen blind is very damaged, the table surface is peeling off, the shower was moldy and disgusting. I did complain and was given £60 for the fact I had to clean it as there wasn’t time to find anywhere else. The owner paid this promptly. There is no heating in corridor and bathroom and toilet and the caravan is very cold overnight unless heaters are on at this time of year (October).

    Lovely little stay but clean caravan

    The location was brilliant in-between Skegness and ingolmells and not far from the beach the actual caravan itself is quite far back from the entrance so you get nice views of other fields as it's near the back the caravan was very big and clean.

    How it is located near the back and not the entrance. So I walked to the shop a lot further than you would like lol
