Very nice House and pool. Very nice and clean entire complex.
As it is a gated community, it has security gates to go through. Unfortunately, when you were a renter and not an owner, you have to use the service gates along with all the hired help, which is only at one end of the complex while the other end is a nice end with all the stores. I do not know if I would do a gated community like that again. Do your homework!

It was an excellent place to stay in Cancun.
The kitchen was fully equipped, they left also a lot of drinking water so we didn't have to buy more. The beds were comfortable. The pool was regularly cleaned. It's located in a safe, guarded and quiet neighborhood.
The wifi was a bit slow, but we didn't have time to use it much anyway.

The accommodation was expensive, was very poor quality and management didn't care
The location was good for our stay as it was removed from the hotel district, the main tourist centre. As we had grandchildren in our group the pool was a real bonus. The gated community, the property is part of, also added a greater sense of security.
The property, whilst offering roomy and potentially comfortable accommodation, had a standard of maintenance that was extremely poor. On our arrival we found: a bathroom faucet that was faulty and leaked large volumes of water over the floor, air conditioning that also leaked and left a pool of water in the master bedroom, the sliding door to the patio had a broken lock and could not be secured, door handles in 4 rooms that were so loose they did not work correctly, flickering light bulbs, a washing machine that did not work and this was known as the water inlet had been turned off, a shower unit in the master bedroom that did not work. wifi that only partially worked and a refrigerator where the temperature control was broken. Granted, most of these things were fixed, except the shower and the high ceiling flickering lights, and the refrigerator , but it took 2 days of our stay to have them addressed and in the case of the patio door 2 attempts over 2 days to get a level of security. The building manager came to the property on the second day at our request. He initially tried to deny any responsibility due mainly to the popularity of the property, which in his view accounted for limited opportunity for maintenance. After a terse conversation, he, Brian. agreed to provide compensation for the time spent in reporting and overseeing these issues. However, after we had checked out, he reneged on that agreement! We have provided photos to booking.com to support our issues.
