    They ask you for deposit of 225 pound before you get the keys and move which was unexpected . The pots were not cleaned. I stayed there for almost a week

    the flat and host were perfect; superhog (who managed the verifications and deposit) was terrible.

    Good location, quite suitable for both the University and the Hospital. We experienced quite a high number of ambulances passing by (due to the proximity to the hospital)

    The flat, the host, the location were super; the host was very helpful, sending emails to enquire about our stay. However, we struggled significantly with superhog and the return of the deposit (I will make sure to avoid any properties using them in the future). The host helped us get in touch with superhog, and promptly confirmed that the deposit should be returned in full.
