    Rhodos Stadt — direkt am Wasser

    Alle Studios haben einen Balkon mit Meerblick….. Im Erdgeschoß des Gebäudes ( Außenschild oceanfront restaurant ) hat die Familie einen Restaurationsbetrieb. Hier sitzt man sehr schön mit Blick aufs Wasser. Nachts kann man den Wellen lauschen. Wer das nicht mag: Balkontür schließen und Ruhe ist. Wlan funzt gut und auch das Bad passt. Sauberkeit kein Problem. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir schon um 12 Uhr einschecken. Aircon leise.

    Die Kücheneinrichtung ist mehr als spartanisch…..wussten wir durch Berichte hier aber auch vorher und hatten daher Spüli, Lappen, Schwamm etc. dabei. Kochen kann man hier nicht! Auch eine tagsüber vielbefahrene Straße findet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Das in vielen Berichten erwähnte Barviertel befindet sich direkt in der Paralellstraße, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da Nebensaison sowie Aufenthalt von MO bis MI…..auf der Terrasse steht ein völlig verrosteter uralter Kleintisch, der dringend ersetzt werden müsste. Achtung: es gibt Mücken hier.

    You only pay for the location. The room was dirty from the very beginning. There was mold and high humidity in the bathroom, and the balcony was completely filthy. Towels were dirty upon arrival. Housekeeping only came every few days and all they did was take out the trash. To make matters worse, cockroaches came out of the bathroom vents/drains every evening.
