  Very nice vacation in Tirol

  The holiday home was a nice little place in a quiet town with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very nice  well-equipped apartment  with little garden + pool. Friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly. We are 5 people with our three big girls (two young adults, one teenager, and a dog). Two of the girls slept in bunk beds in a room connected to the kitchen, and the last one slept in the living room. We parents slept in the bedroom. .

  Ovevrall, it was a nice and cozy holiday apartment, but the overall impression was ruined by all the things that were not in order + the noise on the balcony. The house is located on a steep slope, I would not bring small children as the garden was not fenced. The owner seemed somewhat immature as a landlord - prioritizing their own daily life over service to the tenants Unfortunately, several things did not work optimally, which caused us some problems during the 14 days we stayed at the place: The air conditioning is not traditional air conditioning - it is a heating/cooling system in the floor. Unfortunately, it could not be adjusted below 24 degrees - the owner could not help with the setting either. The swimming pool was also not optimal - there were problems with the water level and the pump. Initially, it was suggested that we had thrown large amounts of water out of the pool - but this turned out not to be the case... The owner's mother came every day to water tomato plants on the terrace - this could have been done when we were out on trips every day - and not when we were eating or relaxing on the terrace. The internet connection was not good. In the last days, the refrigerator also did not work optimally - it suddenly defrosted - which ruined our food. Perhaps the most unfortunate thing was that towards the end of our holiday period, the owner started installing a wooden floor on their balcony on the first floor above the pool/terrace - we lived on the ground level; this was very unpleasant and very noisy; we tried to ask the owner to wait with the project until we had left, but the owner was not accommodating - cutting machines, etc., were used during the day and when we were having dinner on the terrace.
