Le studio est petit mais très bien agencé et l'emplacement est parfait. Si besoin, l'hôte donne plein d'adresses et de conseils.
Des odeurs remontaient parfois de la salle de bain.

Thank you for the beautiful stay in Split. My sister and I spent seven nights here and it was the perfect starting point for exploring the town and the isles around it. The location was what we loved most about this accomodation. Everything we needed was within walking distance: 5 min to a Lidl, 2 min to a bus, 10–20 min to the numerous wonderful beaches of the Marjan park, and 20 minutes to the beautiful old town and city center. When we wanted to go farther, it was easy to use nextbikes or the bus. The price was perfect and even below our budget, and while the apartment is very small, that doesn't pose a problem if you want to explore more than staying home. Ante was very friendly and a really great host who always replied quickly to my messages. When my sister and I were at the airport and struggling to buy tickets for the bus, he was conveniently in the area and picked us up. While driving us to the apartment, he even showed us around a bit and gave various recommendations for our vacation. The accommodation was appropriately clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are thankful for the very beautiful stay!
Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep at night because of the loud humming of the fridge, as well as the occasional sound of the ventilation which turned off only several minutes after using the bathroom. Best bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. While the size of the accommodation fits the prize, it was still difficult to comfortably get around. Cooking was difficult because of the cramped kitchen, and the fridge didn't fully open. What was genuinely uncomfortable was the amount of ants in the apartment. We didn't mind a few, but when a few bread crumbs were accidentally left on the floor or the table, there would always be an ant trail when we got home. Lastly, there was sometimes a slightly weird smell in the apartment when we got home. It smelled chemical, and we thought it might be the smell of an ant killer that others had used.

Les équipements correspondaient aux images. Nous avons bénéficié de beaucoup de renseignements avant et lors de notre arrivée. Pouvoir disposer de la terrasse est un vrai plus. La situation entre mer et centre ville est parfaite et pratique (tout est accessible à pied).
