    Nice apartment completely let down by the cleanliness

    The apartment is very central and tastefully designed. It was well-equipped on the whole and we liked the views from the apartment.

    The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned - dirty cloths had just smeared dirt and grease around the windows and surfaces, there were trimmed whiskers in the sink and bathroom drawers, and the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself after deciding it would be easier than either trying to get cleaners in or cancelling and rebooking elsewhere. In short, we left the place much cleaner than when we moved in. A real shame (apart from the fact that it was an anniversary get-way for us) that this otherwise very nice apartment was presented in such a shoddy way. Writing this in the hope that the owners take action to ensure that others don't go through the same disappointment.

    Great location and glad we had air conditioning. Great sized apartment. However think we should have been told about all the stairs
