breakfast was minimal. Location was good
The bed was uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room not big enough for seating in the room when weather is unpleasant.

Lovely quiet location with friendly helpful host.
location was great for us and very quiet and peaceful with a lovely outlook. Was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Host was very helpful, will certainly stay again if we are in the vicinity.

40 Winks exceeded my expectations and the continental breakfast was excellent and was more than I could eat. Unfortunately it was only a single night stay because I needed to get on with my trip.

Great quiet location
Very quiet and secluded, very cold in the morning though.
The water pipes froze during the 2nd nites stay. Would have liked a breakfast top up 2nd morning as well
