    Host CANCELLED a CONFIRMED booking the night before our trip

    Nothing

    Booked and confirmed more than 2 months before our intended stay. On entering an arrival time to get access codes (the night before our flight), the host says it is not available. Then to contact them - not sure why if they said that unit is not available. So at midnight, the night before our trip, we have no accommodation, and now scrambling to find accommodation in one of (if not the busiest) times in the city. Really stressful start to the trip.

    Good stay spoilt by front door lock experience and slow response

    Location and unit was good.

    Front door lock was faulty and meant on day 2, we spent over an hour outside trying to get in. The side door code given was incorrect so probably made 6 calls to get access. The lack of response was disappointing

    Nice little apartment centrally located

    Nice little apartment, centrally located on the 4th floor. Close to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Quiet room, view to other buildings and parking lot. Easy check-in and very clean.

    Rechte neue Einrichtung mit dem Nötigsten

    Kein Personal vor Ort und die Zugangsdaten habe ich nicht rechtzeitig erhalten. Es dauerte ca. 30 Minuten, bis die Daten da waren, wir mussten aktiv anrufen. Darauf muss mehr geachtet werden
