    The location and space

    The fact that I was forced to pay an addition R750, 00 damage waiver that is totally non-refundable even if you don't break or damage anything!

    Fair stay , needs serious upgrading and refurbishment. I have complained about this. In 2024 and I am disappointed no ch

    Location.

    Old, outdated, water doesn’t get hot. And fluctuates between hot and cold during shower, cupboards don’t close, tiles in kitchen missing , mildew in shower.

    Great, the team that helped us was amazing and so accommodating.

    Great location for our group.

    Pillows were too soft for our liking but we double stacked them and found it more comfortable.

    It was spacious

    Balcony is very small, WiFi is slow, was forced to pay extra booking insurance seperate from extra charges on booking.com
