    I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dusty and felt dirty, damp and mouldy. There was a full moisture absorber that needed to be replaced, which shows the lack of care. The duvet was very thin and the bedding felt cheap. It was the middle of winter and no blanket to be found. The curtains were badly hung and added to the impression that the room was poorly maintained. There was no lift, and I had to carry heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor myself( I have a problem with my hand). This should have been made clear before booking, as it would be difficult for many guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Overall, the room did not match the standard I expected from the listing.The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance and inadequate facilities made for a very unpleasant stay. Because of these issues, I only stayed for one night and checked out very early the next morning.I found alternative accomodation that was clean, comfortable, and cost about the same as what I paid for this booking.
