O ANFITRIÃO É MUITO ATENCIOSO E GENTIL. A LOCALIZAÇÃO É EXCEPCIONAL. GARAGEM INTERNA NO CONDOMÍNIO É UM GRANDE DIFERENCIAL. TER DOIS MERCADOS -CONTINENTE E PINGODOCE - A MENOS DE 30 METROS DE DISTANCIA , TAMBÉM É SENSACIONAL. ESTAR A 100 METROS DA RUA SANTA CATARINA, MERCADO DO BOLHÃO, E ESTAÇÃO DO METRÔ, É BOM DEMAIS.

El apartamento está bien, pero para 4 personas un poco justo. La ubicación muy buena y que tenga parking también es muy opción si llevas coche.El anfitrión muy simpático y nos dió buenos consejos sobre Oporto.
La cama para la cuarta persona, porque es un sofá estrecho y pegado a la pared, y para dos personas muy justo Tuvimos que dejar el apartamento a las once de la mañana del día siguiente. O sea que te le dan sobre las cuatro y lo dejas a las once.

La cama es muy cómoda. Tiene plaza de parking y ascensor
El sofá cama es de risa, está colocado en el recibidor y casi no queda espacio para pasar. Una puerta de debajo del fregadero estaba rota y casi se nos cae al pie. Se escucha el tráfico de la calle. El ambiente de la zona donde está situado es regulará
