    Uncomfortable and cramped

    Great location

Lack of ventilation. Upstairs windows only opened a fraction. Despite contacting the owner to ask for them to be opened more fully during the hottest week of the year, we were told they couldn’t be opened more. Stiflingly hot at night so it was impossible to sleep. No welcome pack on arrival and a poor handbook with lots of crossings out and handwritten amendments. Not very professional.
