הייתה שהייה מושלמת !
המיקום מושלם !!! הדירה מרווחת, נקייה, נוחה, חדישה וכוללת את כל הנדרש. צוות המלון היה אדיב וסייע במה שנדרש
הגישה לדירה פחות נוחה כי יש הרבה מדרגות והמעלית קטנה. צריך לקחת מפתחות מהמלון ואז להגיע לדירה כך שמסורבל מבחינת הצורך בהסעה

Overall, it served our needs well.
It was clean with plenty of room. Great location to walk to all main sights.
It was very hot on arrival. I took many hours to cool down the apartment. One fan was broken and the dryer did not dry the clothes.

- Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad - sehr viel Frühstück vorbereitet für die 5 Tagen - Der Trevi Brunnen ist gleich um die Ecke
- An einer Bettdecke hatte es Blutflecken. Leider hat die Rezeption nicht auf die Meldung reagiert und die Bettdecke wurde nicht ausgewechselt.

Location is also center to Rome! Lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions within a close walk.
First off the service and hospitality of the front desk staff was exceptional! Because we arrive early from our flight, we had to check in at the front desk and store our luggage. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a restaurant to eat at while we waited for the apartment unit to become available. They even called and made a reservation for us. Also, since the check in location is different from the apartment you'll stay in, a staff member traveled with us to the unit, took all of our luggage up to the apartment and stayed to show us around and explain important details about the place we needed to know. Again, would absolutely stay again! Also, there is a lift, small but helped my older parent get up to the unit which is on the 3rd floor.
Hardly anything! Other reviews talk about a lack of "meeting area" in the apartment. But you are only there for breakfast and a mid-day break. We moved a few chairs from the bedrooms and there was room for all of us!
