    Horrible / Double Book Hosting Company

    Nothing

    The company hosting would not take responsibility for double booking, not calling, sends an email after I send an estimated arrival time 30 minutes away saying there was plumbing issues when they actually double booked the house, but I didn't see the message about the plumbing issues because I was driving. When I arrived I checked the booking platform for check in instructions and saw the email then I called. That's when the lady on the phone tried to blame booking.com for their mistakes. Their solution was offering a place for less days for the same price then we would have had to find other accommodations for the remainder of stay in Florida, so it would cost us even more money. When I asked how it does not make sense the lady said "what do you want me to do" they did not want to offer any discount or help for the original length of time we had booked and the whole phone ordeal took over an hour after we drove 17 hours to get there.
