    Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem kleinen Balkon. Top Lage, herzliche Vermieter. Hochwertig möbliert, Bad mit grosser Dusche, welche auch einen ordentlichen Wasserdruck hat.

    Really nice new apartment in a newly build neighbourhood. The apartment comes with everything you need, free parking and is in a really good and well maintained condition (August 2026). The host Ivana makes the say feel like in a hotel: fresh towels several times a week and always there and helpful with recommendations and local tips. Absolutely recommended!

    Wirklich außergewöhnlich! Ein großzügiges Apartment in einem Neubau. Einrichtung und Ausstattung vom Allerfeinsten! Pool, Parkplatz, Fahrradbox, Waschmaschine, Trockner … . Wenige Minuten zum Meer, von wo man einen Traumblick auf Rovinj hat, ca. zweieinhalb Kilometer am Ufer entlang nach Rovinj selbst. Ivana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Tolle Tipps und Informationen und on Top hat sie mit uns noch eine Verkostung des Extra Vergine Olivenöls aus eigenem Anbau gemacht.
