Great place to stay in Kolkata- thoroughly recommend. Not easy to find but once you do the location is good, rooms are lovely, sun terrace and guest lounge great as are breakfasts. Stay out of central Kolkata and try Ballygunge instead!

I can not fault this place. In addition to being clean, the rooms have a fresh and tasteful decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful and duty managers are fluent in English. I was due to stop 2 nights but extended as it was a perfect place for me to sleep off my jetlag. The place is located in a quiet ally just behind a busy road junction in South Kolkata so you have the balance of peace with access to a main road with readily available amenities.

I did not spend a single night in this bed and breakfast facility. I now understand why the owner collected the payment upfront at time of booking. Expedia, you should be more discerning to list this property in your recommendation. Once bitten, forever shy.
