  not value for money avoid. Very tired and in need of refurbishment.

  All the beds are cheap and very tired. Carpet stained. kitchen has had a flood and the laminate floor has blown and lifted. Dishwasher door has a fault, falls open and bashes shins or heal as you are walking away. Ant infestation in kitchen, spreading to hall and lounge diner. Probably regular issue, ant killer under sink. Previous weeks rubbish in bin bags outside kitchen door. Insikerator u/s but fills with water that doesn't drain. Conservatory off limits, apparently broken pane of glass, but no panes broken. Very tired property not value for money. Freezer barely keeps things frozen.

  Kitchen clean and tidy,

  Easy location, quiet area

  Beds uncomfy, generally needs a coat of patient, carpet had stains, garden uninhabitable, signage around property antiquated

  Great house, ideal for a family get together. Close to Legoland, Wembley and Windsor. Be sure to visit Virginia Water and Gardens for a nice walk / day out.

  Cleanliness and lack of communication very disappointing. Not for families.

  Great location. Decent sized rooms. Good to have two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. Travel cot was handy (no mattress but we brought our own so this was fine). Rooms matched the photos. Helpful to have the extra chairs in conservatory area.

  Upon arrival we noticed the house had not been cleaned properly. We had 2 small children and a baby with us and had to spend our first afternoon hoovering and wiping down surfaces. The dining room floor still had food crumbs on it and on the dining table benches. The dishwasher was full and unclean with very badly stained dishes and cutlery (it was clear they had been left for a while). We had to move the beds in two rooms to make space for the travel cot and to add bed guard on either side, underneath the bed were filthy. We found lots of rubbish including crisp packets, lots of dust and used cutlery. There was also cereal underneath both beds. We went to empty the bins on our final day, only to find the two outside wheelie bins were full to the brim so we couldn’t put the black bags outside. To make matters worse there were no black bin provided so we couldn’t empty all of the bins. When we contacted the host, she asked us to buy new black bags ourselves and to keep the receipt. So upon checkout with three children, we had to factor it in going to buy black bags. After doing so and sending the host the receipt, we have not heard anything back about the refund for this or about any of our concerns regarding the state of the property which is extremely disappointing.
