    Very roomy, great hot tub and communication excellent. Nothing was to much trouble.

    Outside patio could have been cleaner, not keen on area everywhere looked dirty and unkept in the street.

    Very comfortable, well appointed property near city centre.

    The property was very clean The rooms were all double and beds were really comfortable. Plenty of free on road parking and the area was quiet. The property was very well equipped and had a lovely outdoor seating area with lighting, a patio heater and dart board, although we did not have time to take advantage of any of this. We were only in Birmingham for one night to attend a concert at the Utilita Arena, which was about a 25 minute walk away.

    Although the property was in very good order, the neighbourhood was a bit run down.

    We had a lovely stay overall. The garden and hot tub were definitely the highlights and we really enjoyed having them during our trip. There was the odd thing that could do with some attention, but we raised these with the owner and they were very understanding and helpful in taking our feedback on board. The property has lots of potential and we would happily recommend it for a group stay.

    Amazing experience

    Very cozy and comfortable, wonders were very nice and understanding of our situation and tailored the whole booking to our needs. I will be definitely booking again when I visit Birmingham
