An invoice will be issued for this service, and the fee will be the same as the standard property cleaning fee. IMPORTANT PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT Before booking the property, guests must be aware that all guests are required to complete our pre-check-in requirements prior to arrival. As part of this process, guests will be required to complete either a refundable security deposit of £300 or select a £35 non-refundable deposit waiver. A secure SafeGuest link will be sent to the guest to complete this process. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released once the pre-check-in requirements have been fully completed. Towel Policy To help us maintain our linen standards, we provide one bath towel per guest for the duration of the stay. If additional towels are required, guests are kindly asked to bring their own, as extra towels are not provided. Children Policy Children are welcome to stay at the property. However, parents, guardians, or supervising adults are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of all children throughout their stay.     Wasn’t enough seating in lounge area for 4 people Heating was remotely controlled and failed whilst we were there

    5 bed Apartment

    Good sized rooms and all very clean . Convenient for shops, buses and trams

    The heating controls were not accessible and the radiators weren't always on when required. Access was via a 6 metre dirt track.and bins. It wasn't obvious on the web site that this apartment was above a set of shops which included a takeaway, but despite arriving on a Saturday we had no noise disturbance.
