    Little blue heaven

    The villa is a Blue Heaven in Goa. Private pool only for us Beautiful garden quiet & peaceful caretaker was available all the time to serve us Bathroom with bathtubs very so clean with hot water Very close to Colva & benaulim beach Located centrally in the market area. Shops, restaurants , vegetable shop, liqour shop & bus stop is nearby.

    Pool cannot use after 8pm, we can’t even talk loudly in outside room because neighbours are making problems.

    They aksed for all 11 members Adhar cards, which we didn't expect. They insisted for it beofre handover of keys. When i stressed for keys then they have given. If they need all members Adhar cards, they should have mentioned before. So that the travellers prepared for it.

    1. Swimming pool had full of clorine. We have had skin rashes and innerwears got changed colors dure to clorine. 2. Hospitality was very poor. At reception, one Nepali and One Bengali were there for day and night. Their behaviour was so rude. They insisted for Adhar cards for all family members. Though we have given for 5 members. When we submitted for all, they again asked front and back of adhar. When we were so busy with our plans, 3. This is not a Villa, but an independent house elevated as Villa. There is no common area to meet family members, except the lawn area. there is no common hall. 4. No support from Villa management or reception. You can't get any local information from them, because at reception they deployed kind of watchman. 5.

    Awesome Private pool in South Goa

    Private pool was awesome. Its so big and crystal clean & has a kids pool too. The garden around the villa is quite & calm with flowers. The rooms are so big. Each room has has a living room with sofa, fridge, TV, dining table & kitchenette. Bathroom has bath tubs n so clean. Bonus is the sun bed in the balcony. Food was so tasty. Staff and owner were very helpful.

    The neighborhood was the biggest even though we followed all the rules of the property. Instead we follow the swimming pool timings and still neighbours are shouting in the night while we are taking phone calls on the balcony also he was abusing for no reason.
