Loved the sofas really comfortable and the beds too. Plenty of toilets big bath towels and several to choose from. Lots of toilet rolls too. Very quiet area nice to have seating outside
Garden needs attention perhaps pave it to keep it tidy very limited plates and cups although enough for us on a short stay

Dirty and poorly maintained
I thi k this is our 5th visit here, we like the location as there's lots of walks nearby and a good Chinese takeaway down the road.
Just overall really disappointed with how the place was prepared for us. Dirty plates in the cupboard, dirty cutlery, oven, was left dirty, dirty floors in the lounge, glass dinner table was dirty and it's seats had food on so we had to clean that, there were loose screws hanging out if the living room door handle which is dangerous, on suite toilet makes a horrible noise after flushing it, upstairs main toilet leaking water constantly causing the sistern to fill very couple minutes and kept waking us up. Place has really gone down hill and some of these issues I've raised to James before and nothings been done apart from a lick of paint around the place. One bog brush for 3 toilets........ They cost a couple quid. Unfortunately this will be our last visit, we may come back to the area but not to 5 Holborn Crescent.
