Location,safety,easy access,clear communication
The noise rule should be the same into all tenants,someone from 3rd floor sent security complaining about TV noise at 20h30 and the security advised us that it's normal for such complains they are normally biased by white guys against blacks. Some how i felt racism still exist a bit

The unit is beautiful. The location is great. The furniture needs to be ungraded. The couch was terribly uncomfortable.
