    Clean comfortable great location

    House was in a great location had great parking for us was clean tidy and very warm

    Unfortunately in bedroom one the bed you may as well slept on the concrete outside it was shocking had to buy toppers for the bed because it was that bad please invest in a new one all others were comfortable Was a little weird that there was actually no primary bathroom I would’ve liked that to have been mentioned two rooms had ensuite shower in the hall and a toilet in the kitchen would’ve been good with a little bit of a heads up on where the bathrooms were located in the house isn’t that comfortable and clean

    Great Central location, perfect for a large group

    Location was fantastic, close to central Christchurch and easy to find. Great for a large group as there was plenty of room for us all. Off street parking is a bonus too, especially in the city.

    Not what was expected

    The location

    The booking for 6 adults and 3 children was made on the basis that there were sofa beds in the living room. On arrival there were no sofa beds and not enough beds for our family group. Some of the beds were hard and the bedding was not good quality and there was not enough warm bedding.
