⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein absoluter Traum im Herzen der Berge!
Unser Aufenthalt im Panorama Chalet in Going war einfach perfekt. Das Chalet verdient seine 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht! Ein riesiges Dankeschön gilt Romana: Sie war unglaublich nett, super kommunikativ und hat auf all unsere Wünsche sofort reagiert. Man fühlt sich als Gast rundum bestens betreut. Besonders angetan hat es uns auch der wunderschöne, top gepflegte Garten. Hier kann man auf den gemütlichen Sonnenliegen perfekt entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Aussicht: Der direkte Blick auf das Kitzbühler Horn ist einfach atemberaubend und sorgt schon beim ersten Kaffee am Morgen für echtes Urlaubsfeeling. Das Chalet selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen – luxuriös, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

The house was as it was described however the garden loungers were broken with huge holes on it and the other ones very dirty simply unusable. The management suggested I cover them with the cushions which is ridiculous explanation since the holes were really bad and actually the cushions were left outside in the rain.
The property is located in beautiful nature but when children went down on the green field ( we went up on the rocky road on the side and wanted to go back to house on the green field which is connected to house) which is right behind the house no sign no fence but the neighbor from the other side of the road started shouting very rudely and angrily that we are not allowed on it. Kids got scared since we were not informed by the host that we are not allowed on grass right behind the house which gave no indication belonged to someone else. It is connected to the house without interruption . No fence no sign no animals on the field and it starts right behind the house. So after complaining to the host we got reply we should stay in garden ( maybe 30sqm with the dirty broken loungers thanks😩) . It was very disappointing start right on the first morning of the 5 days holiday. After this kids got scared where to step and when the angry man would shout at them. house is located in nature but you need to leave the house to be able to enjoy the nature. Host didn’t even follow up they just messaged the lost day asking when we leave the property. Very disappointing management.

Top Chalet war ein super Urlaub 😊
Das Chalet war genauso wie auf den Bildern – alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, und bei Fragen oder wenn etwas gefehlt hat, konnte man jederzeit jemanden erreichen. Der Service war wirklich zuverlässig. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!
Alles so bei behalten wie zuvor.
