  Location and good communication ahead of arriving. The facilities at the apartment were good.

  We couldn't get the TV to work effectively. The lack of coffee pods for the coffee machine.

  Fantástico

  Ubicación perfecta, apartamento limpio, bonito y cómodo. El personal responde al momento y son muy amables.

  El primer día hacía mucho calor y el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado. Había dos ventiladores pero en el apartamento hacia un calor extremo. Al día siguiente bajaron las temperaturas y se estaba genial.

  Elegant apartment. Amazing high ceilings. Fantastic location

  The apartment was not really set up for short term stays. It seems to be intended for long-term rentals. It had very few of the amenities expected in short days; e.g, no shampoo/conditioner, no shower gel, no space to set up luggage, no basic spices such as salt and pepper, no plastic wrap or aluminum foil, no extra trash bags. The shower is unfortunately very tiny (even for a small female)and is lacking any surface such as a caddy or shelf to hold shower supplies. A larger person would have a very hard time picking up shampoo from the floor. Anti-bacterial hand wash for kitchen and bath would be nice. A flat surface (table maybe) in the bathroom to hold toiletries and clothes for changing into after showering. Instructions referred to controllable thermostats on radiators. All I could find were dials on the radiators with no indication as to what the settings meant. Instructions also referred to curtains that could be controlled with a remote. It did not work. And, two of the bathroom curtains appear to have had the bottom torn off. I could not get the hob to work, even after downloading instructions, which are obtuse to say the least. Two attempts at boiling eggs failed. I resorted to boiling water in the kettle and pouring it over the eggs. The kitchen cabinets are unusually high. A kitchen stepstool would be nice. I pulled one from the closet, but something more attractive would be better. If the plan is long-term rental, probably most of this would not apply.
