    Perfect short stay

    The apartment was perfect for my short trip. The location, view and comfortable bed exceeded my expectations. The layout is great and has everything you need for a short stay.

    If I stayed longer, a washer/dryer would have been helpful.

    During my stay, I was accused by a receptionist of smoking cannabis/weed on the premises. This accusation was completely unfounded and caused me significant embarrassment and distress. I was not provided with any evidence to support the allegation, nor was I given a fair opportunity to address the matter appropriately. Following this incident, I raised a complaint with the host/property management. However, my concerns have not been properly acknowledged, and I have not received any meaningful feedback, explanation, or resolution despite bringing the matter to their attention. I find both the false accusation and the lack of response from the host unacceptable. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Being subjected to an unsupported allegation and then having my complaint ignored has negatively affected my experience. I request that Booking.com investigate this matter and review the conduct of both the receptionist and the host. I would also appreciate a written response explaining what steps will be taken to address my complaint and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.
