Location is a bit noisy with street traffic a bit too much for comfortable sleep in early morning with windows open. Other that that everything is great about this apartment, very clean very modern very large , very well managed. The price we paid was also rather high but in this category of very large apartments with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms that is normal I guess. Location is also very good in being a bit away from central ponte delgata tourist hub center. So many restaurant and cafes around this place are catering to local residents not foreign tourists. This felt to me like an important distinction
Noise from the street in early morning is the only negative I observed. I like keeping windows open and Azores has great air quality and it is not too hot . This may be a matter of personal preference though and two of 4 bedrooms are actually facing a bit away from the street that has traffic

Everything was perfect! The host was extremely kind and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this place
The apartment was perfect for a larger group: very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. We truly couldn’t have found a better place for our stay! :)
Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which worried us at first, but we soon realized that the island’s climate is so pleasant that we didn’t need it at all.
