    One of the nicest places we have stayed in in Dunedin.. Clean, comfortable, modern, awesome pressure in the shower, plenty of room, great facilities and amenities. Not central city, but a 5 minute drive away, and off the road, so quiet!

    The TV in the room is pretty tiny, so hard to see. A very minor thing, and not worth marking down for.
