Wir waren zu dritt für zwei Nächte dort und haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und geräumig, unser Frühstück konnten wir in der Küche gut zubereiten, da alles Notwendige (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeefilter ) vorhanden war. Andere Mahlzeiten haben wir nicht zubereitet, daher kann ich die weitere Ausstattung nicht beurteilen. Die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn zuf Innenstadt ist gut (etwa 15 Min. braucht man)

Lage ok, Zustand der Wohnung für Allergiker inakzeptabel und nicht zu empfehlen.
Die Lage war ok. WLAN kostenlos. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat funktioniert.
Moder- und Schimmelgeruch, feuchte Wand im Schlafzimmer, Entfeuchter im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Couch war nicht die auf den Fotos abgebildete, sondern eine sperrmüllreife Couch. Der Backofen war schmutzig. Alles roch modrig. Für Allergiker absolut ungeeignet, aber auch für nicht Allergiker inakzeptabel.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Werdersee und eine Straßenbahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Einrichtung war teilweise defekt (Löcher an Tür oder Decke)
