Gross and disgusting. I'll never recommend that place to anyone.
. Location and parking was ok
It said we had a view of the water, that was a lie. The house was gross. It had mold on the walls which means it's in the walls more than likely, we had to fix a toilet. The bath tub in the bathroom with the colored bat tub looked like it wasn't cleaned and it was clogged. We found a used condom in our room. The kitchen looks like the dishes have never been washed.We paid way too much to stay in a place that disgusting. Both couches were broken! I'd never recommend this to anyone and when we called the lady said her maintenance worker has not informed her of the broken couches. Oh and there was poop smeared on the toilet so we didn't even go in that bathroom. Oh and the bathroom light fixture in the bathroom was a joke

We enjoyed our stay nice place, parking was rough because we have large vehicles not much space
Great location, big enough for our family , clean manager we talked to was friendly and helpful
Couches were both broken, need TVs in bedrooms not just living room

Location was GREAT!
The house is very outdated, did not compare to the pictures. Smelled of mildew which we later figured out it was the front load washer. The beds were not comfortable. Had to call and have some vines/weeds removed that were growing in one of the windows that also had ants. Once we got that problem fixed. We made it work. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Definitely disappointed.
