    Great Location

    Great location and good size apartment, the parking space is a big plus for us.

    Water ran cold a fee time if all the family were having a shower to go out for a night after being out all day.

    Absolutely ideal for what we want in York. We'll definitely book again.

    We love the location, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. We also like the 2 bathrooms and having one with a bath, especially when my daughter comes with us. The parking space has made this our favourite York location and we have stayed here 3 times.

    I think the mattress is showing signs of wear. There was some "rolling together". Also the duvet cover seems too big for the actual duvet, which can result in you losing the duvet and being covered only with the cover. However, we have met this in other locations. I find it slightly strange that you never see anyone to do with the booking, but I have got used to it now!

    Super Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von York. Alles da, was man braucht. Sauber und guter Zustand.

    Die Durchfahrt zum Parkplatz ist nur 2m hoch. Mit dem VW-Bus ganz knapp. Die Zugangstür zur Wohnung ist nicht auf der Seite vom Parkplatz mit den Schlüsselboxen, sondern auf der anderen Seite vom Parkplatz die Tür mit dem elektronischen Schloss.

    Love York and this apartment but it has to be better looked after. It is not cheap, upkeep it.

    We have stayed here for a week for the last four years. The location could not be bettered , centre of York and yet so quiet to sleep. An allocated car space and totally enclosed and safe, we park up and only use the car when we drive away.

    The en-suite lavatory is horribly stained, we mentioned this LAST YEAR. You kindly left us two dishwasher tablets . The cutlery was filthy and the crockery greasy, my first job was to run the dishwasher twice to clean everything. The whole place is just getting shabby. There are no instructions on how to put the heating on which we would have liked to do a couple of times. You really need to sort the wallpaper in the second bedroom, whole panels of it are coming away from the wall. The cooker is not working properly and the note explaining problems is ridiculous. Your cleaners need to lift the cushions on the sofas and clean underneath them.
