    Overall a good place to stay.

    The location was good. The size was good. It was plenty of room

    The WiFi was slow or not working. The bed in the room with the half bath wasn’t comfortable

    Wonderful and relaxing.

    The room is comfortable and the rooms' size is good. Public area is comfortable and functional too. Host prepares very complete supplies including soap, dish soap, utensils, coffee, snacks first aid and even batteries. The location is good as well as the price. the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the view to the back of the property is a green valley that is quiet a view. Host reply to message very quick and helpful.

    The guest room with two single beds has only bedspreads. But tune up the AC helps, so it is not unbearable.

    It was very clean and easy to get to. If you plan to visit the Ark Encounter it is literally right down the road so after a long day of walking you don't have a long drive. There are also other things to do close by.
