    Fabulous location, will definitely book again.

    Superb location, very easy to get to the beach. Well appointed, a couple of tiny issues were dealt with very promptly.

    The main bed was quite firm which some may like but my back didn't.

    Great stay in lovely Saunton

    Help from maintenance to take our luggage to the accommodation in pouring rain - very helpful & polite. Also love Saunton beach so location was good. Good thought gone into having sufficient washing up liquid etc. Liked free parking on whole site. Also having designated place for a bbq. Enjoyed the space within the villa.

    Beds and sofas were not the most comfortable. Shame villas don't overlook the beach for sea view - that would've been perfect. Some access paths were a bit steep, particularly for those unfit. Felt only providing 1 toilet roll & no bath towels was a bit stingey (and strange).

    Superb, beautiful area, ideal for surfing and dog friendly

    Superb location , so convenient for surfing and so well set up if travelling with dogs. The villas are very well thought out, they are basic but very comfortable and all you need for a surf/ beach break. The dunes are great for walking/ running and right in your door step.

    We have been using these for years , they have become really expensive in children’s holidays and starting to reach a level of out pricing themselves.
