    It was well worth it.

    Proximity to Esplanade and shops.

    There was a bit of mould in one of the bedrooms.

    Appartement bien placé qui nécessite un léger rafraîchissement.

    Côté positif : - Emplacement…vraiment Top à 2 pas des départs de bateaux pour le Reef, du centre, etc.. - place de parking dans la résidence - excellente communication des propriétaires

    Côté négatif : les installations sont un peu vieillottes, l appartement n est pas très lumineux, et la musique du bar en bas est un peu dérangeante pour les couches-tôt.

    海外だけど気楽な自宅生活

    ロケーションが抜群 メールですぐに返事が来るので、わからない事をどんどん質問でき、非接触性のシステムだったが、便利だった。予約前にこういったシステムについての情報が欲しかった。

    お湯の出る量が決まっており、ゆっくりと温かいシャワーを使える時間が限られて湯が出てこなくなる事を心配しながら使う必要があった。シャワーヘッドが固定されていて使いにくかった。

    Walking distance to everywhere in town.

    Great location, nice view, comfortable bed. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park across the road. Was very handy having a private, secure car park as well.

    Property is next to a hotel with loud, live music at night. Wasn’t a big deal to us as it stopped at midnight and our kids sleep through anything but it may affect families with little ones.
