    Will book again if we get the chance to go back to Manila.

    The room is very tidy and nice. The owner is very responsive and is very clear with instructions. He let us leave our stuff inside the condo early even before our check in time which is very convenient for my sister and parents. The location is superb as very near to MOA.

    Jennelyn, the caretaker or the coordinator, is very accommodating, helpful and easy to talk to.. she managed to direct us to do things during checking in and out and in between.. the place is clean and comfortable and is almost complete - bottled water is missing but it did not affect the quality of the stay.. In terms of its location, it is accessible to most of the spots, MOA to be specific and to the surrounding high-end hotels and malls.. it is just walking distance to the Mall of Asia.. this place and it's staff are highly recommended and we will definitely come back, hopefully, Jennelyn will still accommodate us..

    the only thing is, there are mosquitoes..
