    A disappointing stay where poor cleanliness and maintenance issues outweighed the caravan’s potential, leaving us to che

    The caravan was a good size for our family, had nice decor and was in a convenient location. It has plenty of potential to be a really nice place to stay.

    Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues with the cleanliness and general condition of the caravan. It was dirty on arrival, with the main bathroom being particularly unhygienic, including mould around the shower tray, dirt and grime around the flooring and skirting boards, and a dirty toilet. There was also a screw sticking up through the bathroom gripper rod, which was a safety concern. One of the bedrooms had a wet patch on the carpet which remained wet for the entire three days we stayed, and the bedroom door to the left of the main bedroom did not close at all. The beds were very uncomfortable and had dry grass on them when we arrived. Outside, there was rubbish scattered around, including an open dirty nappy. We were also initially unable to access the caravan because we had been given the wrong key code. Overall, there were too many cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and safety issues for us to feel comfortable staying for the final night, so we left a day early.

    We liked that the property was right by the beach

    Think keysafe needs changing as was a game to get in and I think the cleaners aren’t cleaning much in their tbh was ok not worst I have slept in tbh the staff on site are lovely very helpful
